- Been treat like family - Give more time and not pressure too much to complete your task especially for new staff or fresh grad. - Have 2 time buffet event in year - Have company trip every year - Celebrate birthday every month - Good for fresh grad if you do not have any option - Can going back on time if you do not have any task
Cons
- Low increment - Curently, a lot of senior staff already resign due to low salary - Most team almost do not have any senior - CEO choose to let their staff resign rather pay for their value and current market
