Cons
THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE AN HR DEPARTMENT!. The culture here is extremely toxic. Senior management is manipulative and thrives on micromanagement, expect constant “check-ins” every 5 minutes. You’re required to use your personal devices since they don’t even provide company laptops, which is both unprofessional and unsafe for a HEALTHCARE CONSULTING FIRM. Turnover is shocking, nearly the entire analyst class quits within a year as they INSULT you constantly and use phrases like "DUMB", "SLOW", "A**H***", "IDIOT", "USELESS", "NO COMPANY WILL WANT YOU AS THEIR EMPLOYEE", "LAZY", "Mc Donald workers are better than you", and that’s not an exaggeration. The combination of low pay, poor leadership, and nonstop stress creates an unbearable environment. This company operates like a corporate nightmare disguised as a workplace as the whole leadership team are related. Employees are overworked, underappreciated, and emotionally drained. Micromanagement is the norm, and feedback is delivered in a belittling, often humiliating way, positive reinforcement simply doesn’t exist. Favoritism runs deep; leadership consists mostly of an inner circle of family and favorites who are untouchable and largely unqualified. The rest are treated as disposable. Expect 80 to 120-hour weeks, late-night pings, and overtime weekend without the pay and zero respect for work-life balance. Burnout and mental breakdowns are common, and dismissed as “part of the grind.” There’s no real learning or skill development. You’ll spend endless hours revising PowerPoint slides and being told you’re not meeting expectations. Turnover is catastrophic, just look at LinkedIn. Almost no one lasts a year. That alone should tell you everything. POSTS FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS TO MANIPULATE ITS RATINGS
