      Diversity and commitment of the people working there.

      Cons

      A corporate culture is virtually absent. The competence and leadership skills of the management circle is extremely poor. Overalla more importantly, this start-up will hit the end of the runway quit soon. I wouldnt buy stocks for sure, if there were any.
