Cons
1. Xelvin hired me as an engineer, then assigned me to work for an engineering company, which then assigned me to yet company. I ended up working alonside employees of the third company, earning much less than them but costing the third company much more money than my fellow employees. This was a bit uncomfortable for me. 2. Conditions were not as good as other local similar companies, yet they were not available for contract negotiations. 3. I always felt I had little to none control over what specific tasks i could be assigned to do. Little to none career/personal development opportunities.
