Pros
Feel empowered, hard working and talented team around me. Good leadership with a vision and a very trusting style. Real customer focus from the very top, always how does this affect the customer and not how does this affect the bottom line. This is evident from the approach to warranties all the way to the treatment of the reps and distributors.
Cons
Everyone too busy and sometimes things are missed. Salary's sometimes lose track of the market rate.
