Working at xenoport is great

No cons working at xp

fast paced, start-up like company though it exists more than 10 years. It has a lot of smart guys there, you can learn a lot of new things

the business has not prove itselfe yet. It just lay off half of its employees. I guess a lot of co-workers had lost a big chunk of their savings... the work place is not flexible enough.
