Pros
Small company, a lot of nice people. Can be lenient on certain things. Takes safety seriously. Due to personnel shortages you can get experience in different areas you normally wouldn't. Work life balance is great
Cons
Pays way below market. HR and management seem to attempt to either ignore that fact or try to rationalize it away. High turnover rate (25%+) which could be a good thing if everyone above you leaves it tends to suck people into higher roles faster. So intent on cutting costs to the determent to the rest of the employees (having short falls in certain groups due to not enough personnel. Dislike for parent company causes a lot of distrust within the company. Too lenient on certain actions (hostile work environment on occasions)
