No pros I can point out.
Cons
1. HR give you salary information and deduct some amount from your salary as bonus. That's fine but when you want to leave you will have to leave 9 months bonus that is part of your salary. 2. Racism, I worked in Mumbai office and one of their senior most person said this "We hate Hindi". Even on Holi, that is national holiday, they gave holiday to Chennai office but no holiday for Mumbai office. We had to took leave without pay. 3. You shouldn't expect any support and your suggestions won't be heard. They put you in system named XONE that is job tracking system that is quite inefficient in accurately tracking employee's performance but you can't say a single word to criticize it. 4. Expect maximum salary increment up to 10% no matter how hard you work. Sometimes it is less than normal. Note: I am from design team and due to this, my whole design team left including my creative director as a result, they had to shut down their department in Mumbai. This can give you an idea how worse situation there were. I wish I could give them negative rating.
