Started off as a light hearted place to work, trying to get OEMs bought into the idea. There was opportunities to travel for some. It was convenient for me as I lived nearby. Easy interview.
Cons
Poor salary, excellent bonus. CEO and CFO salary are eye watering, and use investor money like monopoly tokens. The amount of meals and dining out is ridiculous. Found out the beads shed in the washing machine causing microplastic. Decided to develop a microfiber filter and rebrand plastic beads as XOrbs. They still haven't solved the microplastic problem. Made mass redundancy to remove staff to get the financials looking good after failing to get licence model off the ground. Washing performance is very questionable improvement as are the claims made with respect the chemical and water use. H&S has improved after many serious incidents - but some incidents have permanently injured employees Very little career progression and questionable managers who are bullies. Prey on recent science graduates who are looking for a job - but tasks are menial - graduates avoid!
