      Pros

      Colleagues are generally nice.. Pretty okay work life balance

      Cons

      CEO always talks big by overpromising and enticing people to join, but does not deliver. No annual Pay rises. Does not value its employees.. Does not understand that retention is more important than hiring new people. Hires tons of interns for cheap labor. Company is too stingy. CEO does not reward its employees
