- I got to work on real tasks that actually mattered, not just shadowing - My team was approachable and willing to explain things whenever I had questions - Learned a lot about supply chain processes and internal coordination - The culture was energetic and people really cared about getting things done
Cons
At times, the tasks could get a bit repetitive, especially during quieter project phases. Communication between different departments wasn’t always smooth, which occasionally caused confusion or delays.
