The company has talented engineers and a compelling product portfolio. There is opportunity to take on broad responsibility and contribute meaningfully, especially in smaller teams. Employees are generally hardworking and passionate about the technology.

During my tenure, there were frequent shifts in organizational structure, reporting lines, and strategic priorities. This created ongoing uncertainty around role scope, accountability, and long-term operational planning. Financial strain led to compensation adjustments and restructuring, which impacted morale and stability. In my experience, hiring decisions were not always aligned with clearly defined operational frameworks, resulting in overlapping responsibilities and unclear ownership. The pace of change often outpaced process development, making consistent execution difficult.
