1. They will say that your compensation will be X. After you are placed you'll receive an offer letter of 0.66X. When you'll join it will be ( 0.66X - 5000Rs)Rs per month. That they'll say they will return you if they fire you but they don't 2. No professionalism. 3. You'll be suspended from time to time for stupid reasons. 4. They'll say that your probation period is X and the no. Of people they hired are Y. Then in X/2 period of time they will fire Y/2. Also some people will be fired for no reason even if they are making good profits. 5. Managers are moody. They'll take it out on you if they are in bad mood. You'll end up being fired or suspended or they'll deduct your salary for no reason. 6. They'll harass you from time to time so that you'll leave the company and they'll get the bond amount you signed for. 7. They'll treat you like you are a labour not an employee 8. You can't take holidays for 6 months and you'll have to work on holidays, even national holidays like Independence day and Republic day. 9. You will be out of job at that point when no company would hire you. 10. There is no lunch break and no dinner break. Order your food and sit on your desk and eat food while working.
