Pros

Nothing to mention in here

Cons

This company has a serious problem with how it treats its employees. There’s a consistent pattern of unrealistic deadlines, poor planning, and a complete lack of respect for people’s time and effort. It’s clear that employees are expected to just “figure it out,” regardless of how unreasonable the expectations are. Technical decisions are often driven by management rather than actual engineers, which leads to messy workflows and constant rework. Instead of addressing these issues, the blame tends to fall on the teams doing the work. Leadership is another major concern. The CEO promotes a polished image of innovation and a “people-first” culture, but internally it doesn’t seem to reflect that at all. There’s a noticeable disconnect between what’s said publicly and what actually happens behind the scenes. Overall, this doesn’t seem like an environment where employees are respected or supported, and anyone considering joining should think very carefully about whether they’re willing to deal with ongoing pressure, lack of support, and a workplace culture that doesn’t prioritize its people.

Pros

No pros to mention. If you want a low pay and zero respect as a individual this is the place to work.

Cons

The project manager was pleasant to work with, but the compensation offered was far below industry standards especially for experienced developers. For instance, a full website design (around five pages) was priced at just 18,000 LKR. There's no fixed salary, and while they advertise "unlimited earning potential," the reality is quite different. A task worth 10,000 LKR could demand over 30 hours of work, often involving fixing poorly written legacy code left by previous developers yet you're expected to take full responsibility. The codebase lacks scalability, and their development practices are far from sustainable. They also claim to have overseas teams, but in truth, it appears to be little more than a virtual office or mailbox address.
