      - Company is growing so there are opportunity that might not immediately exist. - Non-tech giant culture. - Cool Working space/environment. - Amazing team.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. while working at Xown solution i had 11-13 hour working day, and it was stressful. A lot have definitely change by now, the company is progressing.
