      Pros

      They used to pay good.

      Cons

      They don't have a long term plan. They just hired a people, sometimes even 2 people for the same position and then just fire people. There is a high level of competition in the upper management and everybody is trying to rat each other out. With one of the biggest rats working as a Sr. Manager. Everything is determined from China. You will do a lot of overtime and still get judged as lazy.
