Mindless work that takes 0 skill

Most everything. From the people, to the management. A few nice lads in there, but otherwise extremely toxic. They will hire anyone off the street. Many horror stories about this place. Family members of managers working there and feeling entitled to treat others like garbage and get away with it. You can't show any kind of work ethic here because you WILL be taken advantage of. Bullying and harrassment that management ignores in many accounts. Office girls bullying warehouse workers, and entitled family members talking down on you. Being revoked of having access to water/waterbottle on the floor. Raising the pickrate to a completely unreasonable amount. Shipping and packaging damaged products (HAIR CHEMICALS). False promises of advancing within the company being made, having your raise held ransom unless you do the manager's dirty work! Countless health and safety violations, for example people standing on forks of forklift to reach higher hard to reach areas, the list goes on and on. There's a reason this place has a huge turnover rate, avoid this kip at all costs!
