Pros

- Salary paid on time - Good bonuses when you hit the target

Cons

- Super repetitive work, after 2 weeks you learn everything and then you repeat it forever - Extreme micro management. Everything you do is analysed all the way to the CEO, including simple emails and messages you send to customers and partners - Most customers do not respect you AT ALL and they see you as super disposable, most don’t reply to you as soon as they don’t need you anymore - Perks far below other companies in the area - The salary is okay but nothing to write home about - People leaving constantly, the turnover is extreme - The blame game is rampart, if anything fails, everyone runs for cover and blames someone else in order to escape the constant scrutiny of the CEO

Thank you for your comments. It is certainly very unfortunate that your understanding of Xperts Council as an organization is negative. We appreciate your feedback, however, a more constructive approach would have been to share these inputs via our various channels of seeking employee feedback, i.e mentoring, anonymous Q&A and mid-term/annual reviews. We aspire to maintain high standards in managing and servicing our client relationships which typically involves conducting regular reviews with employees that would act as a guiding principle to achieve these standards. The management team does not believe in constant scrutiny but instead likes to stay close to employees in order to find suitable solutions for areas of improvement. We wish you all the best and sincere apologies for your unsatisfactory experience here at Xperts Council.

Cons

- Micromanagement - Zero career progression - Non-existent accountability from the CEO - Fake reviews - Terrible compensation package - Unrealistic goal attainment - Outdated equipment, when my laptop broke, the CEO tried to make me pay for it - Horrendous office space (toilet in the middle of the office) - AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS

Pros

Excellent place to start your career and build strong professional foundations Opportunity to develop a wide range of soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and client management Competitive, fast-paced environment in which driven profiles can thrive Multicultural team of consultants Diverse projects providing exposure to a broad range of industries Regular exposure to senior clients, including consulting firms, private equity funds, and corporates, with opportunity to manage and grow these relationships Working in expert recruitment means frequent interactions with high-level professionals, including former C-level executives from FTSE 500 companies Advice to Employees / Applicants: This role suits people who are proactive, resilient, and comfortable taking ownership of their own performance and are motivated by clear objectives. Those who are proactive and responsible for their own development will get the most out of the role.

Cons

The KPI-driven and competitive environment may be challenging for those who do not enjoy performance-focused settings A historical reliance on short-term contracts (interns and VIEs) has resulted in high turnover, driven by the nature of the contracts rather than dissatisfaction, which can lead to frequently changing team dynamics
