Pros
The guy who posted the 1 star review from early January is a royal idiot who lasted about 2 days before he quit. Bless his heart. The role of SDR is difficult. In its nature, you are interrupting someone's day with a cold call. It's not for everyone. Even the people who are good at the day to day don't "love" it but they recognize that learning this part of the sales cycle is critical to future personal growth and development in sales. Management is acutely aware of this and actively tries to promote from within. There is a focus on personal growth as we are mostly in our 20s on the SDR team. Very flexible culture, unlimited PTO
Cons
The commission pay is lower than some SAAS companies because we sell solely into SMB. The company is aware of this and is giving across the board commission increases but the fact of the matter is, the commission pay is lower than other SAAS companies in Atlanta. Base pay is right at the average for Atlanta. Health insurance deductibles are higher than the national average for a single member but overall the benefits package is strong.
