Thanks for your feedback – it’s great to hear you’re making the most of our flexible working approach, we know that’s important for a lot of our Xplorers.
We’re sorry to hear you feel frustrated at times. We’re a young company that’s grown by acquisition, and we’re proud of the incredible products now part of Xplor. That said, growth by acquisition can make things complex. We’re working hard to continue making Xplor a great place to work, but change doesn’t happen overnight, so we’re looking to every Xplorer to help with this and play their part.
We’ve already made progress on consolidating our tech stack and defining our product roadmap – if you’ve missed these updates, please make sure you’re checking Workplace regularly to stay connected. You can add comments and questions to any Workplace post and you can also reach anyone in the company, including the Exec team, by email or Work Chat. Our leaders regularly ask for feedback, so please use these channels to get in touch and share your thoughts.
Finally, we’re a global company, with people spread across different time zones, so we can serve our customers that are in over 140 countries. Working globally has many benefits, but can also be a challenge, so we use a mix of tools to stay connected. We also offer training on working globally through our learning platform, Udemy, so that we’re working smarter, not harder.
