- When employees were asked about using company credit cards vs. personal credit cards for small expenses and business travel, the overwhelming response was to use personal cards which allowed for the earning of airline miles or other benefits by using their credit cards.
- Team members are hired to work on-site. This is spelled out during the hiring process, in the employment agreement and clearly communicated to team members. When employees that have signed employment agreements for on-site work expect to work remotely, they have not chosen the right position or company to be working at.
- Vacation time and sick time are in a combined PTO policy. This is quite common, allowing for more flexible use of time off for employees. The company also provides for addition holiday time between Christmas and New Year's, in addition to many regular holidays, since the company was founded. The amount of time off offered is above the average of similar companies.
- An HSA eligible health plan is offered. Heath, dental and vision insurance premiums are fully covered for the employee and their family as a generous benefit. Employees can open an HSA account, if desired, as an additional benefit.
