Pros

Provides good learning opportunities and exposure to real-world projects.

Cons

Toxic work culture:- Favoritism, lack of respect, internal politics, or poor communication. Work-life imbalance:- Long hours, weekend work expected, no boundaries. Low or unfair compensation:- Pay not aligned with workload or market standards. No growth opportunities:- Limited learning, no clear career progression. Lack of recognition:- Hard work goes unnoticed; only mistakes are highlighted. Poor HR support:- Complaints not addressed, slow or biased handling. Manager is the HR so there is no scope of fixing thing. Outdated tools/processes:- Inefficiency due to old systems or resistance to change. Frequently laptops having issues and you will be blamed for that.

Pros

Nothing so special entry level experience which will be there in other company also

Cons

The biggest issue is the lack of proper management and work-life balance. Employees are regularly expected to work late nights, and overtime culture feels normalized rather than occasional. Support from management is very limited, especially when employees genuinely need flexibility or assistance. There is no proper leave management process, communication is poor, and the work environment often becomes stressful instead of productive. Freshers may especially struggle here due to the pressure and lack of guidance. The exit process is another major concern. Even employees who perform well may face unnecessary difficulties during resignation and final clearance. Additionally, the office infrastructure and emergency preparedness do not feel adequately managed, which raises safety concerns. Before joining, I would genuinely recommend speaking with former employees rather than relying only on internal reviews. There are far better companies that value employee well-being and professionalism.
