Top management care about employees and providing a good work-life balance. Top management is always available to talk about any concerns. CEO and VP will not hesitate to jump in and help with the work.

None that I can think of.

Coworkers were knowledgeable and always provided help when needed. All tools required to complete the work were provided. Work was diverse, and there was much to be learned about print production and digital design techniques.

Pay is slightly lower than expected for the knowledge required to excel in this role. Communication between departments is poor. Workload ebbs and flows throughout the year, sometimes leading to hours and days with little to do. Low sense of direction and future outlook.
