wfh no commute, 5 day working week

the team leads/managers do not care they only know all the ways to overwork you, had to reply to client mails in max 5mins time approx, call 100+ employees everyday, senior employees make juniors handle more even at times ask us to do their work

There was freedom in the role and okay basic pay

The commission was very vague when explained and seemed like only staff that were there a long time would actually get any
