Cons
•Trucks constantly break down •they dont pay for on duty time (so if u are servicing customers, you will work an average of 10-15 free hours per week) •the CEO is an absolute nut job •you only get paid holidays if you work them •you will work Xmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, Your moms funeral…. You are expected to work •no overtime(they have an escalating pay scale that promises $70 an hour, but the only way to do that is if you work 7 days a week, most guys made $1400 a week) •”safety” is an absolute illusion •have i mentioned the trucks? •drivers never last more than 6 months • dirt lots •no uniforms •Trucks run on CNG so you have to fuel at every single stop because the range on CNG trucks is LOW. NO DIESEL TRUCKS (you will not get paid to fuel multiple times a day)
