- Communication is unclear and inconsistent across the board
- Company policies are heavily skewed to benefit management at employees' expense
- Referral bonuses are promised but rarely paid out - very shady practices
- Accrued vacation time is not paid out when contracts are terminated
- Empty promises about internal mobility - they claim they'll help rotate you to other projects, but it's just for show. I went through 2 internal interviews and never heard back about either one. It's clear they're just going through the motions to make it seem like they care about employee development
- Holiday policy is misleading - they advertise US holidays as a benefit, but in reality if your client is working, you're expected to work too
