Pros
I started working here right after graduating university and I learned a lot, honestly, I might never have such awesome employment in my life again. The team here is understanding, friendly and motivating. They have been growing and expanding and its a great place to dip your toe in many pools. Pre-COVID life at Xtalks was super fun! Friday afternoon drinks, Xmas celebrations and so much flexibility with work.
Cons
If you're not interested in a startup style/smaller organization it might be a bit of an adjustment but otherwise its a great place to learn a lot about your interests and a good place to gain an understanding of working.
