Good Company to work for

Very competitive industry and hence difficult

Small company vibe with nice casual atmosphere. People were nice and felt appreciated there. Overall good environment if you're just trying to focus on getting work done.

The company doesn't have much prospects as far as customers and/or growth. I was always confused as to why the headquarters was in Allen, TX but they don't have a single US customer. I think it was a big idea 5 years ago but never really panned out. The CEO laid off 20-30 people (myself included) saying "We did not collect a single dime in all of 2013". They promised booming growth due to their industry, but all the customers are somewhere in the Caribbean jungle and from and from my perspective they didn't really seem like reliable customers.
