Pros
- you can hit on women consultants and get away because full time company employees are also busy doing the same. They also encourage consultants to hit on female consultants.
Cons
-They have nothing called as an organisation, the company just runs on consultants money -Lethargic staff -Old men who prey female consultants and ask them for favours, take them out for lunches, clubs etc. by telling them they will get them a job -They dont pay you. Even if they do, they wont do it on time. Be ready to lose 2-3 months of your salary by the end of 1 year working for them.
