Cons
Working in this company is too risky because nobody knows when they would terminate you or force you to resign by continuous harassment. Managers and CEOs don't know how to treat employees.They don't have manners to talk with them. Managers are very rude & harsh and literally abuse employees.Business Analyst team management thinks that they are the CEO of the company and always give bad and wrong reviews of employees to upper management .Business Analyst team management is the only reason in this company due to which company has more Cons rather than pros and who are actually responsible for most employees resignation or termination. Also some managers are working in Government organisation. and also illegaly working in this company in evening and morning . There should be income tax raid on such people. So,be alert before joining this LALA company . Rest is your luck.
