I LOVE the Working Culture here. Collaborative culture: I feel that there are no borders between the offshore and onshore employee, and we can collaborate when working and talk also outside of work. Workplace Environment: No partition in office = easier talking with other employees = increased collaboration. Noisy office due to laughs and chit-chat is the way for me. It makes the place feel alive. Xtremax gives us headsets, I used those for focus time if I don’t want to be disturbed by the chit-chats. Pantry is there for food, and got some perks, free lunch for 3 days a week. Coffee machine, Microwave, etc. Vertical Relationship: Seems like there are no real boundaries between Management and Employee, they always ask us for feedback. They are also open for the follow-ups. They also have this thing called XTalk whereby we can talk to the People and Culture Management Team (HR). Outside of work they are also open for chit-chat, unlike several other companies that the Management team felt... condescending? Additional Perks: Allowed to get snacks / coffee while working, Smoke breaks (or if you don’t smoke you can just walk around taking breaks from your work), can work from anywhere in the office (not only in the desk). Small things that improve the quality of life.""

Pros

Continous Improvement in Xtremax can be feeled and experienced by most of the employee. Learning new things, sharing with peers inside or outside your division makes the knowledge and skill broaden day by day. Colleagues also open to share and discuss matter related to work or not make the life inside the company is alive
