Beware - Anonymous employee Xwell Employee Review

This company is in financial trouble, don’t take my word for it, look it up……A new group of friends in leadership is currently firing everyone with seniority so they can hire more of their incompetent old work colleagues and call it “budget cuts” but are so top heavy it’s a joke. Directors are so unfit that they struggle to share a screen, read reports and have no idea what they’re doing or saying (think cannot download a PDF status). They gaslight employees…..lie and put on a fake face…….This company does not care about their employees at all…….A group of wolf wearing sheep skin………It’s hard to believe these people sleep well at night. You will never get a raise, I repeat, never. Company culture is 0, the poor field team had no uniform for over 5 years!!! and are not taken care of or appreciated. There are 0 processes in place and “rules” are constantly changing. You will be treated like a speck of dirt, talked down to, micro managed and harassed daily. Days off? Never…..You will be drowning in emails, phone calls, last minute meetings, texts and scrutinized over the most mundane things. I have heard horrible unhinged comments about their own coworkers trying to play it off as “jokes”. You will be asked to pack your bags and travel from one day to another while everyone else sits behind a computer at home. Meetings and advocating for yourself leads to being talked over, dismissed and a quick topic change. They are slowly and quietly burning and lying about it so that they can lay everyone off at one time with no notice to avoid them from quitting beforehand (this has happened more times than I can count). They cannot keep field employees to save a life and their turn over rate is a joke. I feel relief to no longer hear my outlook notification going off and my phone ringing asking how to find a just downloaded report……..Good riddance.
