Pros
Location: It's an amazing city Location: The office location is nice, in front of the Spree, and nearby many restaurants, bars, groceries and ice cream parlors. The environment is nice, people are friendly Rarely there's crunch time (Only 2 weeks over the last 5 years) German social system is the best in the world (health is great, good amount of holidays) HR is very helpful with non-germans with all the bureaucracy, paper work and day to day issues (eg. talking to landlords, calling utilities companies, etc) I never was afraid of being lost in translation
Cons
Personal: The middle management (leads) are hard to work with There's not much room for growing within the company
