Pros
Good opportunity to work with various stakeholders, from government to companies/business owners. Gain more experience in programs that benefit women and youth education.
Cons
The office politics were awful, lack of inspiring leadership from the top leader, and people easily blamed others. It may look good and healthy from the outside, but sadly not on the inside.
