The Senior Manager of the Creative Department is a "yes man" who consistently agrees with the boss without considering the workload of their staff. 3. The company emphasizes marketing and branding but refuses to allocate sufficient budget, constantly urging staff to cut costs. They favor zero-budget marketing strategies that realistically cannot achieve optimal results. 4. There are frequent unnecessary meetings that often extend for 1-2 hours. 5. The management frequently changes plans despite having set annual marketing strategies well in advance. They lack consistency in adhering to one plan until results are achieved. 6. Instead of bonuses, the company offers only small "tokens" of appreciation. They often promise substantial rewards but only provide verbal recognition upon accomplishment. 7.
