Depending on which office you work in management is very hands off and allows employees to manager their own workload and time. The health insurance is awesome and there is a good work life balance for the most part.

There are 3 offices in the Dallas area 1.JPG 2.Rimagine 3.Onsite with Client, Rimagine or Onsite are great places to work but JPG office is TENSE there is a lot of micromanagement lots and lots of drama. Work load is HIGH and timelines are tight and the client wants everything now so if you can't handle that you will not like working here. Promotions are based on a "how long have you been here" system so if you are a hard worker don't expect to be promoted because of it.
