      Free membership, most of the people that work there are genuine and wonderful people.

      Cons

      Expect agency level work for non-profit pay, you can't disagree or set boundaries with CE leadership, making it a difficult environment to feel safe in.

      Wonderful Benefits and Retirement Package for FT employees Great Community Connection & Networking Opportunity Great Organization to Transfer with to Other Y's across the Nation

      Cons

      Each center has it's own tone, so do your research before applying for just any center. Pay could be better, given the size of the organization
