Remote work, you do work with wonderful people on your teams.
Cons
Everything else. The work culture has turned cult like, management is getting more of “don’t ever say anything bad about YNAB” and “how dare you be negative around here” after the team is stressing about recent layoffs to the Marketing team. There is no room for upward growth, especially in Support which is the largest team. They don’t offer levels to indicate responsibility or where you are at in terms of pay and raises. Everything is very vague on only the culture and “core values” at YNAB and not something tangible. Very much up to your manager whether you get a good raise or not.
