Fast paced, exciting engineering work. Fantastic colleagues who can help you. Great mentor opportunities for interns. I looked forward going to work each day since new challenges would emerge which would allow me to learn.

The chemicals process industry is not by itself completely interesting but like anything, if you start to understand the meta challenges, you can do well and find things that will interest you. Perhaps the best part about InfraServ Knapsack is that you can move around from the different sectors thereby mimicking a large company setup when it is only a mideium sized company. Although working here wasn't as engaging as building the next rocket, it was the colleagues I was able to work with each day that made the day successful.
