Pros

Average Salary. A lot to learn for fresh, junior, senior and managerial position. Ambitious futuristic company. Having great team members to support and guide colleagues.

Cons

Extremely bad management experience, Superior having no respect, no working ethic, no management skills, who enjoys mocking, insulting, being rude, unappreciative, childish, having unrealistic judgement toward employees who have work hard for the company. No work life balance, not even abit. A company with one of the highest employee turnover rate i have experience in all my years of working experience. Watch out your promotion or career advancement will take more than 3-5 years, it might not even happen......you regret not walking out of this company

Pros

Colleagues are great and nice to work with. There is good teamwork as you need to provide solutions to your clients. Some (not all) of the managers are great supervisors and can provide you training and supervision that can help you improve your skills.

Cons

1. Pay raise is bad. Bonuses are paid to you in instalments because the company "can't afford" to pay you right now. And then you see your boss purchasing more than 1 brand new expensive car and then parking it right outside the office. (Feels great, doesn't it?) You only get a pay raise when you resign. 2. There isn't proper training or guidance on what to do because they have such a high turnover rate and lack of proper staff. You'll be expected to know what to do, and you'll be the only engineer they send to site because they don't have enough staff. 3. There is a big age gap between upper management and newbies, meaning that half the people in the office are probably about to retire in 5-10 years' time while the other half are people who have 30 more years to go in the work field. This means you don't have enough middle level managers to take care of the teams because its either newbies or senior management without a manager in between. Meaning you're on your own. 4. Internal politics' game is strong and toxic. They also promote their favourite staff only. 5. Some managers are sexist. They'll deny training to female staff just because they think those staff will "get married, get pregnant, and then quit".
