Pros
Clients are great, if you enjoy working from home that part is also nice.
Cons
Unfortunately my supervisors engaged in mean-girl antics, have zero humility or ability to handle feedback or conflict, and when they've made problematic racial comments, I was punished for expressing their impact. Also, after asking for accommodations, they were denied for nonsensical reasons and I was threatened with termination if I were to miss a deadline (which includes hundreds and hundreds of pieces of data entry).
