The people are the absolute best thing about this company. Although everyone that you come in contact with is not "good", you will find out who is good for you. If you are a salaried associate, you get more benefits than hourly and dependent upon the team, you will have a great working experience.

This company lacks organization and great management. Pay is below average.

Steady schedule, usually get time off if requested in advance. Some of the managers are great, others can really be snobs.

Many of jobs require weekends and holidays. Pay is minimal and makes the health insurance near impossible to afford. Moving up and out of customer service is near impossible - getting to a management job is difficult.
