Pros
Pay is decent and some coworkers are great but most people who started out happy and friendly look like they wish they were dead after a short time.
Cons
Nepotism runs rampant in the DSM call center. Rude, ruthless, horrible management except 1 manager in general customer service, one in upper management in the building, and the receptionist. The rest treat you as if you're a lowlife and will actually not even say hello when passing in the hall. A big prerequisite to being in management is to be married to, dating, or great drinking buddies with current management, or just shove your head up their butt. Oh, always call in and leave your team hanging too but God forbid you or your children are sick. There are managers that don't work a full week ever and it's all good. Do not try to use your earned PTO because the days are not available. You can use them but they will count it against you as an unexcused absence because there aren't enough people to allow more than one person off a day. What a joke.
