Pros
Working hard in tough econmy to keep jobs for everyone. As of 2012 building momentum. Thankful! There are alot of Teamsters glad that they are trying so hard.
Cons
Had to make hard cuts to men and pay to keep going it looks like its working so far. Failure to look at how those cuts may hurt locally.
