Pros
Decent pay for the position. Nice break rooms with a small market. Friendly coworkers who went above and beyond to help train.
Cons
This was one of the worst jobs that I’ve ever had. They claim to be a pro women company, but it’s a gimmick because YRC and Reddaway is anything but pro women. First, I was actually hit on and flirted with by the QA/ Trainer. It made me so uncomfortable that I stopped wearing make up to work. Second, they over hired a ton of people (women) during a pandemic and fired anyone who struggled with attendance. The issue is you can’t claim to be a pro women company and then fire the Moms who had to homeschool when the schools closed. They closed for about two months and Moms that had to go check in on their children or even make schedule changes were brushed off and let go, as new hires came rolling in. The new hires were thrown on the floor with inadequate training and the people sitting around them were expected to train the new hires and meet the metrics with no additional pay. They never give raises. They will not work with you if you need a schedule change or if there is a world wide pandemic. They were last to enforce masks and did not offer remote employment.
