Pros
Decent schedule, OK pay. There is more to be had however. That is about it.
Cons
Very negative environment. Operations is owned by the teamsters union, that being said, there is a severe disconnect between sales and operations. Union operations know they don't have to take any responsibility for problems in this flawed business model because they won't lose their job.
