      Easy work that's why I stayed.

      Cons

      LOW PAY! If you weren't there at least 10 years you are the scapegoat and will NEVER be treated as an equal. Seven years got me 20 an hour while the senior guy working next to me make 6 dollars an hour more for the exact same job
