Good Pay For The Job Description. Drivers Are Paid To Hook Up & Break Down Trailers When Yard Hustlers Are Not Available. Drivers Are Paid To Wait For Yard Hustlers, Paid To Fuel, Breakdown Pay, Holiday Pay, Sick Days, Vacation Days. Drivers Get There Own Hotel Rooms @ Relays & Away From Home Terminals. Compared To The Trucking Industry Now A Days, It's A Great Job.

15% Give Back In Pay, Complaining Employees With Nothing Better To Do Wouldn't Last 10 Mins On A Non Union Job. Moral Is Poor Due To These Types Of Employees. Needless To Say, if The Crybabies Who Work Here Worked Anywhere Else For The Past 15 Years, They Wouldn't Have Come Begging There Jobs Back. Retirement Plan Has Been Downsized So Make Your Own Retirement Options.
