Great pay (not so much anymore Union Representation (formerly) Good benefits (formerly had a pension)
Cons
Not competitive pay. No pension. Disappearing union representation. Aging equipment. Utter failure of management.....Mismanaged, top=heavy money grabbing. (Corp was running lean, cutting pension and equipment, yet executives giving themselves huge bonuses. I blame Yellow....they were going under, bought Roadway, and ran 'em into the ground! UGH!
