Pros
Scheduled 4 day shifts per week, with 3 days off.
Cons
Training program for computer system is practically non-existent. New employees are just expected to figure everything out on their own. Often times, the supervisor you relieve from duty is inexperienced or just doesn't care, so you spend your first 4 hours of your shift getting freight loaded that should have been loaded before your shift even started. 12-hour shifts are long and tiring, and don't be surprised if you're required to arrive 30 minutes to an hour early for "meetings" which often times never take place... And stay an extra 15-30 minutes after your shift for randomness of a similar nature. Also, be prepared to do a ton of secretarial work, complete redundant reports, and take photos of trailer load after trailer load because upper management doesn't trust supervisors to load trailers until they're full.
